of co-ordinating an intimate wedding here
in our impeccable mountain vineyard setting.
We know what works well here. We arrange
for our intimate ceremonies to be comfortable
events with as little stress and disruption
as possible for the Wedding Party and ourselves.

Vineyards and Winery for your Wedding
site is for good reason. Who would not like
to have a gathering of your family and closest
friends in a warm, comfortable, art filled,
and luxury appointed Estate Home on a
phenomenal vineyard property at the hub of
California’s
premium wine region?
The vistas from our
property are spectacular and will excite
your imagination and provide you with
lasting memories; the forest with the scent
of Conifers and pure mountain air, the wildlife,
the seclusion, peace and privacy that are
unique to our location. These very attributes
are what create the necessity to offer our
guests a Wedding Package that best fits the
realities of staging an event here in this
secluded paradise.
Our maximum capacity for
any Wedding Ceremony is 48. Our nearly
4,000 square foot Estate Home, a passive
solar design on three levels, accommodates
48 in complete comfort and is the “right” size
group for our home and patio facilities.
Our gorgeous cellar dining room, with
original art wall murals of our mountain
vineyards, has the capacity to seat 32
for service dining. When the guest list
is larger, buffet service is offered.
Our caterer ready, gourmet kitchen is
equipped with a 6 burner Dynasty Range
with an oven capacity for a 50 pound
turkey.
Our Wedding Package includes
plates and flatware, table linens,
large mission style tables and chairs, and
the use of our Baldwin Concert Grand
Player Piano, and our custom, granite
floor to dance the night away. Our
piano, with a computerized, integrated stereo
system, has the sound of a small
band and has hundreds of pre-recorded songs
for your pleasure. If you prefer,
a professional player is available for the
cost of their services. We request that any
additional live music be of the human power
variety, (harp, flute, clarinet, saxophone,
violin or other strings etc.) which means
no amplified music or bands.

If you are still with us in regard to size
of the guest list, location and facilities;
we’ll now cover transportation. Our
unique and isolated mountain property is
serviced by a 1.1 mile road, used by 7 total
properties. This gravel road is narrow and
twists and not suitable for the traffic generated
by a Wedding event.
Therefore, we offer transportation for your
invited guests to and from the Wedding Ceremony.
We will be happy to help you arrange lodging
with a variety of local hotels we associate
with in our area, and co-ordinate the shuttling
of your guests.
This offers you the peace of mind that your
guests will be delivered to your ceremony
when you designate, and leave when you desire,
with the bonus of keeping your guests safe
from harm with our designated drivers returning
them to their hotels or home, if they are
locals.
Using 15 passenger vans, we are able to keep
your Wedding on schedule and moving at the
pace you desire. We have found that the use
of vans builds a sense of excitement and
adventure for your guests, and they arrive
with a sense of anticipation for your special
day!
In Summary:
You may invite a guest list of up to 48. They will be shuttled to and from your
intimate ceremony. Your Wedding Party may drive to our property, with up
to 3 cars maximum. We will provide lodging for up to 6 of your guests, should
you desire, the night of the ceremony. We provide all tables and chairs and
their set-up, the table linens, the plates and flatware, the wine glasses
and preparation and clean-up of the event. In addition, you may enjoy the
use of our Player Piano and dance floor.
Food and Catering charges are the responsibility
of the Wedding Party, as are musicians and
floral arrangements.
